Copd/Asthma and heart failure .Are the meds im on a good combination or not?

I have copd/asthma. I am on Breo ,Spiriva, Combivent,and budesonide nebs. Is this a good combination?i also have heart failure so i am also on beta blocker to slow down my heart.Any advice greatly appreciated.
