Senior Manager, Donor Engagement, Analytics & Strategy

Type: Full Time

The Senior Manager, Donor Engagement, Analytics & Strategy is a critical, cross-functional role responsible for leading the COPD Foundation's donor pipeline strategy to drive sustainable philanthropic growth. Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, this position oversees donor journey development, engagement analysis, and pipeline optimization, ensuring supporters move intentionally from initial engagement to deeper levels of giving and long-term commitment.

The COPD Foundation is committed to a data-driven philanthropy program that strengthens donor relationships and expands support for its mission. As a fully virtual national organization, the COPD Foundation relies on systems, analytics, and digital engagement to cultivate donor relationships across the entire lifecycle. Serving as the philanthropy department's lead for donor analytics, prospect intelligence, and pipeline strategy, this role will leverage donor insights and engagement data to surface opportunities to improve retention, guide cultivation and stewardship strategies, and build meaningful pathways for sustained donor involvement while providing the insights, processes, and strategic direction needed to support fundraising growth and future major and planned giving opportunities.


Assistant Biostatistician

Type: Full Time

The Assistant Biostatistician reports to the Senior Director of Clinical Trials Network (CTN)/Lead Biostatistician (Senior Director of CTN) and is primarily responsible for the management of the Bronchiectasis and NTM Association's research databases. Additional responsibilities include data manipulation and performing descriptive statistics for interim analyses, abstracts, poster presentations, and manuscripts.


Assistant Biostatistician

Type: Full Time

The Assistant Director of Clinical Trials Network/Biostatistician reports to the Senior Director of Clinical Trials Network (CTN)/Lead Biostatistician (Senior Director of CTN) and is primarily responsible for oversight and management of the research programs of the Bronchiectasis and NTM Association, including but not limited to the Bronchiectasis and NTM Research Registry (BRR) and Empower: The Bronchiectasis and NTM Patient Registry. The Assistant Director will oversee and coordinate with the Research Program Coordinator on managing registry sites, patient recruitment, and address requests for use of the research programs.
