I have finally got the answers and oh boy has it cheered me up.
After a week almost of rest, only light exercise, I have answers.
Spirometry of 7 years ago and Spirometry of 2 months ago compared printed out side by side,
7 year ago COPD stage 2 Moderate
2 Months ago COPD stage 3 Servere notified by my Drs surgery via sms text message.
TRUTH
Today The true Decline over 7 years equals 2% puting me boarderline slap bang on the 2 and 3 line. This explaining why I have hardly any noticeable symptoms so i am not servere yet, stage 3 if so only just, stage 2 at very top.
Also my Sleep Hypopnea/apnea which has started maybe due to congestion from constant sinus issues. So treating with Nazal spray and congestion tablets. Gotta wait 4 weeks if Apnea continues despite sinus treatment, its only mild and will be treated.
This has helped me immensely, i was getting to the is this the end point as rest was changing nothing.
I am now going to start the exercises again got a weeks worth to catch up on.
