Happy new year to you all.
Just some advice really, I have been poorly so any exercise went outta window.
I am now starting to feel better and today thought exercises but failed miserably to maintain the level i was at, so annoyed as i was loving it and felt so much better and stronger.
So this evening done some gentle cardio in chair and some chair marching, nothing great, but had been told a little is better than nothing.
So I was just wondering if any of you can help advise as to how i can get myself back to where i was, in as short a time as possible. Always thinking about me lungs.
