I'm more or less getting over an exacerbation, and I have to get walking and moving again -- that's the only way the recover. I'm home, but any advice on how to start the exercise/recovery program again on my own, I would appropriate. It's very tough to fall back the way I did, but I've got to feel better. 02 counts are still in low 90s, but should be mid-high 90s, and I get SOB easily even with 02. Dr. Says, keep at it, etc. He was not much help! thanks
