After 5 days came home home on 02 for 24/7, previously was sleep and exertion. It has been 2 weeks since I got home I am trying to start my walking again but besides getting SOB, I feel light headed after walking for short period. I stop and do my purse lip breathing, oxygen is between 95-96 so don't know why getting lightheaded. This is the longest it has taken me to bounce back & hoping it is not sign things getting worse. I am also super tired. Does anyone have clue?
