This setting change has improved her oxygenation but i am worried that sustaining this level of pressure may be detrimental. She is very frail and her body weight is only around 70 lbs. Her lungs are quite damaged from an active infection and her lungs are not as elastic as most people. Should there be concern of a rupture? Most of the doctors have given up on her case and they are only trying what we are able to suggest
