I know this is not medical advice I will be receiving, but any idea's on how I can strengthen myself & lungs, before Oct. 17th. when I am having a complete knee replacement. I am having an epidural, since I am a level 6 and the doctor & I think it is safer than putting me under, but I would appreciate any idea's on what I could do for myself before hand. I am already going to try to do all the leg exercises I can, but would like to strengthen my lungs as much as possible, also. Thank you in advance :)
