I was diagnosed in June of this year with copd and emphysema - I am on ventolin and Incruse - I have cut my cigarette smoking drastically from 1/2 packs to 15 a day but when I smoke i feel as if I am drunk - it eventually goes away until I smoke again. And if I take a beer it hits me very hard - can’t figure this out could the medication be affecting the cigarettes and beer - can someone answer me . It is very weir
