What is the preferred order of taking your daily inhaled medications? Does it matter?

I get up I do my  brovana then pulmicort in neb. A while later I do the flovent inhaler and the Spiriva inhaler. If I need more bronchodilator I can neb with xopenex.  I have a xopenex HFA I rarely use but its here for me when I am away.  .

Quick drop in oxygen levels.

Is it normal to have a sudden drop in oxygen levels, like down from high 90's to 70's within minutes without exertion? Are there any suggested questions for my doctor? My stress test was normal even though my heart rate stays very high.
