CT scan-Any ideas or suggestions?

dr told me I have severe COPD/emphysema but CT scan shows no evidence of emphysema. Dr says I have lost 55% lung capacity. I had pneumonia when I did the breathing test. I’m confused due to the CT scan results. Any ideas suggestions?? Thanks

Bloating-not sure why but I'm bloating all the time
