Of interest to the PRAXIS member will be the Readmissions & deaths tab associated with each hospital profile; this tab includes readmissions and mortality statistics for COPD (as well as heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia, stroke, coronary artery bypass graft and hip/knee surgery) and compares the individual hospital's performance to the national average.
