Home-Based Pulmonary Rehabilitation for Subjects With COPD: A Randomized Study

In this study, researchers compared outcomes for individuals with COPD enrolled in a traditional pulmonary rehabilitation program and those engaged in a home-based pulmonary rehabilitation program. Outcome measures included performance on the 6-minute walk and treadmill endurance tests, spirometry and responses to the St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire.
