Why does my ECG say pulmonary disease?

so went to the ER with a severe case of a virus. They did a million tests invluding an ECG. The doctor asked over and over again if i ever smoked. No. Ive never picked up a cigarette. But she insisted i must be around smoke all the time. Im not. Couldnt understand till i got my test results. My ECG says "pattern consistant with pulmonary diease" ?????

Ive had 3 ECGs in 2 years none of them have said that

Lungs are clear

X-rays were clear.

I use an inhaler when they mow the pasture otherwise i have no coughing wheezing or difficulty breathing.

Can someone give me insight into this odd finding?
