Like many of us here, I'm looking to get the best run of life that I can - minimize symptoms and progression as much as possible, for as long as possible. I'm also - currently - not as mentally tough as many on here. Working on it, but battling the anxiety early (I hope) in this journey.
So what can we do? Diagnosis, exercise a lot, meds, don't get sick. Practise positivity and gratitude (I try). A clean, low carb diet with plenty of vitamins and not too much shite is recommended - I can do that. Oh and don't smoke OBVIOUSLY.
One thing I do rely on somewhat though is a glass of wine, maybe two, most evenings. Is it bad? Is it really bad? It's just about the only time I actually feel a bit relaxed and cheerful ATM. Please tell me it's not that bad
