While I have had respiratory issues going on for several years I’m still really new to understanding how to do things for my breathing.
One of the main issues I have is dietary. I tend to eat to much. It causes me a great deal of difficulty breathing when I’m full. Always feeling bloated with pressure on my diaphragm.
What are the recommendations to use for dietary guidelines. I would not mind learning how to prepare some respiratory friendly foods that won’t put so much pressure on me.
