Service for mom was yesterday. Been non stop since the day she passed. But now it's time to get myself back on track but also finish up getting all her affairs in order.
Crazy Chicago weather here. Saturday windy blowing snow and rain high 40s. Today brutal cold just barely in the 30 and windy blowing rain. But yesterday, 72 degrees, sun came out as I was driving to the service and stayed out all day!! And humidity in the low 30s. This was literally her ideal weather and could have asked for a better day. I was smiling the whole way to the service and pictured my mom with her sunglasses sitting on her porch. I'm sure she had something to do with weather for her day!!
Finally I just want to say thank you to you all for all your help, advice and kind words!! You are all Amazing people and very glad I found you!!
Wish you all the best with everything!!
And don't be surprised if I pop in from time to time once I'm back on track.
