It is geared toward the management of chronic disease, whether it be COPD, Diabetes, Heart Disease. Doesn't matter. It meets for 21/2 hours weekly for 6 weeks. Enrollment information is available by calling the St. Rose Women's Center at 702-616-4900. One of the facilitators is from the American Lung Association and he has connections to many resources in our area.
