I do have some COPD - I don't remember the results of the pulmonary test I had in 2017 - but occasionally do have the SOB. Since Sunday of this week started getting SOB alot - basically I breathe good then try and can't - I got the doc to call me in albuterol inhaler day before yesterday - yesterday I decided to go to the doc - not the usual one I see - he wanted me to try Symbicort - so I have this one - now - I am very bad with medicine and get scared I guess you would say when I have to try something new. I am going to try this....but I have a feeling a lot of mine comes from anxiety also - at times I start thinking about breathing and that makes it worse. I don't go to a pulmonary doctor I feel like that is probably something I need to do
