Close Anonymous Unfriend Friend Requested Friend Load More Close Destination Page Area Group Destination Content Title Title Article Type Copy comments It seems every couple of days I will have a small bit of thick phlegm stuck in my throat in the area of my Adam's apple (if I have one being a woman LOL) or voice box especially in the morning that I can't clear my throat or cough up even if I have used regular Mucinex the night before. My maintenance inhaler is Anoro. On occasion I use Ventolin as my emergency inhaler. Any suggestions that I might try to alleviate this will be appreciated.
