It limits your life, you become way too dependent on it.I believe such opinions and statements are very dangerous. Oxygen use takes some getting use to and not every solution is convenient but if your saturation levels are low or unsteady the best thing you can do is use oxygen whether it is just for sleep, just for sleep and activity or whether it is 24/7.We are all dependent on oxygen it's just that some of us need help getting all we need. How do we end these misconceptions and get people to understand that supplemental oxygen is a life giver and enhancer for those that need it?
