Doc told me I DO have COPD and to put salt in my wounds, there is NO help I can get to make my breathing easier. Was told I "could" have 5 more years if I quit smoking now and 7 years if I don't. Has anyone ever heard or been told the same thing? Only option that may help is surgery. Also, on bad air days, panic attacks hit me really bad causing my thinking to go in ALL bad directions. I wonder if my next breath (if i get one) will be my last, etc...and more hot flashes, depression...this can happen with me just walking from one room to the next. It's driving me CRAZY!!!
