I’m 35 and had asthma all my life and recently have been diagnosed with COPD no hospitalizations but I use my inhaler a lot and it always helps . I had a lung test and CT scan. Could this still be just asthma? I didn’t see anything on the CT about COPD ?
CT : FINDINGS: The lungs demonstrate minimal bronchial thickening. Heterogeneous dependent opacity is seen in the left lung likely reflecting atelectasis. Heart size is normal. No coronary artery calcifications. No aneurysm. No adenopathy. No pleural or pericardial effusion. Skeleton is intact.
IMPRESSION:
Bronchitis which may be acute or chronic in nature.
Here’s lung test , could it still be very bad asthma?
