I silently wheeze, start force coughing tryin to get sticky mucus up, feel like im a bit air hungry and think “Seriously? Do i really need my inhaler? I JUST used my Trelegy an hour before and i had already used my albuterol 3-4 times earlier.” And even if my breathing isnt noticably bad before i lay down- it doesn’t matter. These symptoms start. my heart is fine- had an echo about 4 months ago. No significant allergies but im still on zyrtec. what in the heck is going on?
