She doesn't want to eat anymore. She says it's too hard to swallow. She is on oxygen 24/7 for about 2 years. She is getting weaker. I am not sure what to do at this point. I have to work so she spends time by herself during the day. She does live with me. She has said she just wants to go to sleep and not wake up. She is tired of being tired all the time. How do I go about suggesting palliative care? She refuses to go to the hospital again. Any suggestions are appreciated
