I have obstructive sleep apnea as well as chronic obstructive lung disease. Both conditions are rated as severe. I am on cpap and am better or at least I believe. I seem to on average have from 9.5 events to .2 events per hour. That for me is a good things as that before cpap my oxygen dropped to low 70’s or more at night. I used to feel my o2 stats fall as soon as I laid down. My problem is that I have arthritis in my shoulders and raising my arms over my head at night is a real problem. I understand that it is a way of my body opening up my lungs still this causes me more problems. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem and what if anything might be done to find some relief.
