The word “exercise” can have so many meanings, so let’s just focus on activity. We all know it helps to be active and to get our bodies moving. It makes us feel better and healthier.
Like many people, I find myself being less active during the winter months. I’m looking forward to the warmer weather so I can spend more time outside. I especially like being able to play golf (without commenting on the state of my game) and enjoy a nice day outdoors.
