You see they are using a yoga ball, laundry basket, and drumsticks - but we could just try it out with things you have around the house or just your hands on a table or a pillow in your lap… I don’t want you to feel like you have to spend money. We can still get a little exercise and fun without the accessories. What do you guys think?
