I hope you're all enjoying your summers and finding ways to be active even in the summer heat. The heat and humidity always slows me down and makes my breathing a little harder, and I'll bet the same is true for many of you. Sometimes I like to track my activity with my smart phone and see how many steps I'm taking in a day. How do you all track your activity? Do you use fit bits, pedometers, smart phones, or something else? I'd love to hear your ideas on what works for you.
