I was asked if I wanted to participate in a study for COPD patients. They said it's a 3 year thing and you go into their facilities every 3 months for monitoring. You basically live by their rules for the 3 years. Diet, exercise, drug tests and in some cases not taking the meds that your doctor prescribed. At first they said it pays $1,000.00 and then changed it to $560.00. The main purpose they said was to observe the difference between a drug called aclidinium bromide and placebo. I didn't do it. What do any of you guys feel about something like this?
