My O2 saturation is 96%, my heart rate 81, breaths per minute at 13. Everything pretty much normal and when watching tv I have no SOB. Oh I ment to put those papers in the other room, so I get up off the couch walk 10 feet, bend over and pick up the papers and carry them 40 feet to another room, set them on a table and walk back 30 feet to the couch. Now I'm completely out of breath, doing pierced lips and sometimes it's bad enough that I need my rescue inhaler. I'm stage 4 but all my stats are good. Financially and for insurance purposes for the mean time I had to drop out of Pulmo rehab. From not participating in rehab could I be that much out of shape that this is why I get so SOB for almost excreting at all? We all get worse with age and I'm about to have another birthday, do you think that could be the problem? I think it's both of them. So when my insurance changes and I can afford rehab I go back, I keep getting older and is that all I can do. I seem to have never been this bad before, what do any of you think about this
