I was found to have trace Paraseptal emphysema on a cat scan almost 2 years ago. I quit smoking at that time and have continued with no smoking since. My first pft was pretty good all things considered , my second pft showed improvements in regard to FEV1 went from 96 to 97. FVC went from 95 to 107 DLCO went from 73 to 106 my fev/FVC went from 75 to 72 LLN is 68 but doctor said that was because my FVC went up so much The number I’m stuck on is the FEF 25 75 it was originally 63 went up to 64 This number concerns me because I believe it has do with small airways .. my last pft RV was very good 84 I didn’t have it done on the last test so I don’t know if that increased or not But can anyone tell me what this means as far likely scenario in regards to decline in the future possibilities, at this time I have no symptoms of any kind and I’m not on any medications I exercise well Just want to know if this means I already have the beginnings of small airway disease
