I am 12 days into this chest cold and it is slowly getting better. My breathing is usually worse in the mornings and a little better during the day. I am using my albuterol inhaler through out the day. The last couple of nights i have had trouble falling asleep due to feeling strange. It feels kinda like anxiety except there is no fast heartheat and if im anxious, i dont realize it. My face feels kind of tingly and i feel a bit dizzy and just feel strange. Its disconcerting. After a couple of hours i finally fall asleep. I bought an oximeter and my oxygen level is always 98. Could this be carbon dioxide imbalance due to copd? Is it anything i should worry about? And why is my oxygen always normal even though im short of breath? Thanks very much for reading. My daughter is on fall breal so we are heading out for a couple of days of museums and the botanical garden. It will do some good to get out since ive been pretty depressed since all this copd started. I hope you all have a great day!
