Is anyone else using Fisetin to reduce phlegm, and is it doing as great for you as it is for me?
WOW!!! I did not know Fisetin may help with phlem production. I have not seen any reference to that possible benefit previously. I began taking it as a part of my "stack" of daily supplements as it is claimed it helps clear "zombie" (dead or …

Wellue Pulse Oximeter
I think a standard oximeter works just fine. I don't know anything about the Wellue Pulse Ox, but if I were going to spend more than $30-40 on a pulse ox, I'd bite the bullet and get a top of the line Nonin. The website doesn't give any specs for the …

Mucus and water intake.
Definitely! I drink at least 64 ounces every day. It helps with loosening and clearing mucus. It's so good for a variety of things health-wise. I'm not sure I could drink as much as 100 ounces and still be able to leave the house. :-)
