Is there any reason to be using oxygen when your oxygen levels are usually between 90 and 95?

I am SOB a lot, but when I check my oxygen level it is usually between 90 and 95, and using oxygen does not seem to do anything. Just sitting down and relaxing does the trick, without oxygen.
