My pulmonologist said she is happy with anything above 88. When i speed up my walking my levels will sometine drop lower but recover quickly if i stop and do plb. I think it is me but sometimes I wonder if my oximiter jiggles to much.Before my illnes and subsequent diagnosis of COPD I was walking at 3.0 mph on the treadmill. I would like to get there
