Severe Obstruction with Air Trapping
I had my second PFT test the other day. The report said I had severe obstruction with air trapping. Diffusing capacity severely reduced suggesting anatomical emphysema. My Doctor also said that my DLCO improved from 26 to 52%. Am I getting worse.

Has anyone had hyponatremia (low sodium) from COPD?
