Mothers normal is 50 but its 67. she has copd emphysema. She is in hospital. She has urinary tract infection taking antibiotic past 7-10 days she has trach. She has some delirium or mental confusion. She cant speak or use speaking valve. She has swallowing problem, aspiration. She cant walk. She can't eat by mouth just peg feeding tube. She is on ventilator. She is on methadone for pain in spine osteoporosis, had disk fractures.
