Researchers employed a variety of feedback forums to obtain responses: in-person focus groups, individual phone sessions and email correspondence. Researchers discuss the use of patient and caregiver feedback in the following elements of their research design: length of and topics discussed during the intervention; the inclusion of caregivers in the protocol; and the choice of measured outcomes.
