Resource Type: Research Papers
0 Comments

This is a meta-analysis of nine studies of home telemonitoring interventions that looked at health care utilization outcomes (including hospitalizations), costs and patient health outcomes. The authors report statistically significant differences in both numbers of exacerbations and hospitalization rates among those enrolled in telemonitoring interventions as well as increased health-related quality of life.
