I am 33 yrs old with copd and asthma. I was diagnosed 3 yrs ago. My lung function then was 79%. My last spirometry showed it was now 63%. That was a year ago. Now I have been having chest pain that spreads from the middle into the lungs, it gets worse throughout the day and a slower then normal heart rate. I am very tired all the time. Also my pulse ox is at 97% . Sadly I still smoke and can't seem to kick the habit. Doc won't even check me until I quit. I understand but I am just curious if anyone else knows what MAY be going on.
