When you inhale the meds the holder makes a vibration sound. Twice now I have done what I always do, but no vibration sound. I guess I inhaled the dose ok, because I broke open the pill after 2 puffs and there was no powder in it. It had the puncture holes too. Anyone else ever have this happen?
