Close Anonymous Unfriend Friend Requested Friend Load More Close Destination Page Area Group Destination Content Title Title Article Type Copy comments Until I get on Medicare I can't afford the price for Symbicort and Spiriva in the USA so I'm getting them from Canada at a price I can afford. The dosage and ingredients are the same as the USA but the inhalers are different and I'm not sure if I'm doing then right. For the Symbicort I went from the newest model (push down on top to release a dose) to this turbuhaler. Anyway it says turn the brown knob (it's red) to the right until it stops and then back to the left, you will hear a click. I hear the click when turning it to the right not back left. Am I doing it right? Can't seem to find any type of info on this type inhaler. As for the Spiriva I went from the new spray inhaler to a tiova rota cap. You put this capsule inside a plastic mouthpiece, spin it and it breaks the capsule in half so you can inhale the ingredients. I'm sure I'm doing that one right. Have any of you guys heard of these old type inhalers and do you think they are as effective? Next year when I turn 65 I will come back and live in the good old USA, it's cold and they are behind the times up in this neck of the woods. lol
