I have had many ABG tests and my PaCO2 levels always come back at the upper end of normal (46mm/hg) but these tests are always done when I am at rest and my SpO2 levels are 96-98%. Can my CO2 levels change with exertion? when my pulse O2 levels drop? during sleep?
Is there a non-invasive way to measure my CO2 levels?
FYI I have stage 4 emphysema FEV1 18%
