I did one a year ago, and it was hard and I felt like I was going to pass out and like it was hard to breathe. So becouse if that I am scared to do it again . So just thinking about having to do it makes me have anxiety like hard to breathe . How can I help this from happening. I think I might ask my regular doctor if you can prescribe mean anxiety medication and see if that will help me
