However with yard work and fix it up jobs around the house I keep busy and stay in good shape. I used to like to ride my bicycle but since being diagnosed and put on oxygen I haven't even thought about it. Until I get a portable do you think trying to ride my bike with an E-tank strapped to it is a good idea? Also would you count the yard work and fixing stuff up around the house as exercise? I always have my oximeter with and when I get -sob- I sit down and rest. Still new to all this and get these weird thoughts, like just 4 months ago I was peddling my bike with a cigarette hanging out of my mouth, now I wonder if I will ever ride again. Thanks for listening.
