Both offer programs to assist with drug costs. My pulmo gave me the forms for the former and I found the latter on line. Go to "GoodRX.com" enter the drug name and your zip. The site returns a list of local pharmacies and your cost at each. This is especially helpful when you aren't using insurance. The scroll down to the "Manufacturere Coupon" click on and download the form. Complete the form and Take to your Dr. for completion; and scrip.
