At the last one I attended my heart rate was at 120 bpm. She said until it drops to 110 or lower I can't let you work out. My blood pressure was 140 / 70 not to high. My O2 was at 93%. How could my heart rate be so high with the other two being good. She said I should see a heart specialist. I am having issues with my insurance company so now is not a good time to make an appointment. Sometimes I go in there and it's 115 but it drops to below 110. It has always been high for me, I could have worked out at 120 no problem. Sometimes I think they over do it. Should I be concerned about this?
