I have been on steriods, mainly prednisone for a long time going from 60 mgs. down to 40 , now 20mgs. I have gained at least 30 lbs. in 6 months. The doctor now is trying to wein me off of the prednisone. Is it normal to gain so much weight, the doctor says so but I would like to hear it from actual patients.I know that i dont exercise enough, being that I cant breath. Any good ideas out there.
