Pulmonologist reading my CT said emphysema changes in the lungs also hyperinflation.Have me Trelegy sample that really hasn’t been a silver bullet for my breathlessness. I have been trying to contact his nurse practitioner who does the prescriptions to try something else out but no response. Do you think because it was showing mild that there’s really no urgency for them to get back with me although I am symptomatic ? And another question does mild emphysema generally show symptoms like I’m having the breathlessness and all? My FEV1 is 80% so I guess that qualifies as mild. Honestly I’m already looking at another pulmonologist for a second opinion… Someone who can actually get back to me in a timely manner without calling for a week with no response
